Description: A student at Kent State University beginning in 1985 and a member of the May Fourth Task Force, Lisa Lynott discusses the aftermath of the 1970 shootings on campus. She discusses the positions and experiences of the May Fourth Task Force in the late 1980s. She mentions taking part in a protest at the dedication of the gymnasium building named for James A. Rhodes on The University of Akron campus. She discusses the May 4 memorial design competition and the designers Ian Taberner and Bruno Ast and she also describes an evening she spent with family of Sandra Scheuer. [Note: this oral history was interrupted and left incomplete.]
