Description:	Jay Faris, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Faris, Put-in-Bay, South Bass Island, Ohio, had to be rescued by Coast Guard cutter after he severely cut his hand on a chainsaw. Fog and ice prevented helicopters, airplanes and normal boats from providing transportation to the mainland.
