After finishing the 50-meter dash in 8.83 seconds, Norman Carls gets well-deserved congratulations from timer Tim Cullen, a volunteer at the Special Olympics held at the Ross High School track in Fremont, Ohio. Approximately one-hundred persons from Sandusky, Lucas, Erie, and Wood counties participated in the 1982 Special Olympics East Area Track Meet. |
