Description:	To fulfill one of the requirements for the degree of Master of Technical and Scientific Communication, I performed an internship at Software Artistry, Inc. from January, 1995 to June, 1995 as an Associate Technical Communicator. This report describes this internship I performed at this mid-size software company located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In chapter one, I offer a company background. Chapter two is a description of other smaller projects I completed during my internship. Chapter three is an analysis of the work I performed while designing and completing a tutorial for Expert Advisor, Software Artistry's flagship product. Chapter four is a discussion of the effect of a reorganization of the department I worked in. Chapter five is a summary of my conclusions.
