| Description: | Built in 1889 by F.W. Wheeler & Company, West Bay City, Michigan, the "Newsboy" was abandoned at Brockville, Ontario, Canada in 1913. She had three owners: G. King of Detroit; D. Clow of Dulath, Minnesota; and the Thousand Island Steamship Line, the United States Division of Canada Steamship Lines. She carried passengers and freight on the Saginaw River, Saginaw Bay, the St. Lois River, Sandusky Bay in Lake Erie, and the St. Lawrence River. |
