Description:	Photograph of Mary Margaret Fletcher who spent the summer of 2010 as an intern with the Xavier University archives working on research for the 1911 Avondale purchase exhibit. A Cincinnati native, Mary Margaret graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 2007 and went on to major in English literature at Kenyon College, where she developed an interest in libraries and archives. In addition to her work at Xavier, she spent time as an intern at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. and worked for over two years on digitization projects at Kenyon College library.
