Description:	Rev. Henry Moeller was the first alumnus of St. Xavier to enjoy the distinction of becoming its president. He was born in Covington, January 5, 1847, and entered the Society of Jesus shortly after his graduation in 1866. His marked versatility of genius manifested itself in the success with which he held the various important positions of Professor, Missionary, Rector, Provincial and Instructor of Tertian Fathers. He held the last named office until just a few months before his death, which took place at Detroit, December 20, 1915. --Anonymous Alumnus, The Xavier Athenaeum, November 1916
