dc.description William Bruns' dance pavilion was large enough for six sets of four couples each to dance cotillions. The hall was a consistently popular spot for campers and for residents of nearby communities. As late as 1929, Rye Beach Park featured musical groups and dancing at the pavilion "every night except Monday." en_US
