dc.description |
The "Puritan" received another rebuild after she became the property of the Michigan Transit Co. in 1928-1930. Cabins were added to the upperdeck behind the pilot house and she shows a new coat of paint. In 1933, as the "Isle Royal" owned by the Isle Royal Trans. Co., she sank off Isle Royale, Lake Superior on May 27. No lives were lost. |
