Description:	For the first time since 1971, the State Street Bridge railroad crossing tracks were repaired by Norfolk and Western Railroad workers. A crew of 20 men shut down the trains for 8 hours and replaced the railroad ties, trails, timber, and installed new "carpet," used to filter water from the dirt to avoid mud buidlup when it rains.
