dc.description For the first time in ten years, the State Street Bridge railroad crossing tracks were repaired by Norfolk and Western Railroad workers. Seen here, crews replaced railroad ties, rails, and timber, and also put in new "carpet," which prevents the crossing from becoming too muddy. en_US
