dc.description This vessel was built by George King in 1881 at Marine City, Michigan. From 1900 to 1909, she was known as the "Falcon." November 7, 1909, while loaded with iron ore, she became stranded on South Fox Island in Lake Michigan while bound from Escanaba, Michigan to East Jordan, Michigan. en_US
