Description: | This vessel was built of wood by William R. Radcliffe of Cleveland, Ohio in 1880. She was of 1,088 gross tons. Fifteen years later, she was caught in the ice and sunk 20 miles from Point Aux Barques, Michigan in Lake Huron. She was bound from Chicago, Illinois, with a cargo of corn for Buffalo, New York. Her crew was rescued by the "Eber Ward." |
