Stanton, Salmon P. Chase, President Lincoln, Gideon Welles, Caleb B. Smith, William H. Seward, Montgomery Blair and Edward Bates. A Confederate printer issued a virtual copy of this substituting Jefferson Davis and his cabinet, entitling it Jefferson Davis and His Cabinet.
